First of all, the product was way more difficult to set up than other pack n plays. Now, I am a first time mom, so I recognize that the set up was new to me, but I have many friends who have come to stay and I have watched them set up their pack n plays in seconds. This one was not near as easy. Second, the bassinet feature felt sooo unsturdy to me that I could not imagine any mother would ever want to use this product. In fact, I was questioning pack n plays altogether and wondering how anyone could ever use them. And third, the mattress is extremely thin and just did not seem like a comfortable place for the baby to sleep. I was literally appalled at the construction of this product, although its looks were fine. I felt like i would be putting my baby to sleep in a cheap canvas tent on a cardboard surface that would blow over with the wind. Also, the... We have it set up in the living room as a diaper changing/nap station. As she gets older it will be used as a play pen as well. (And yes I had a little girl and bought this one to match my living room decor!) The pockets on the side are great - I pack one side with diapers and the other side with baby powder, destin, hand sanitizer, and baby lotion.
