She lives in a small apartment. This has a pack and play, changing table and basinet in one. Graco products are great I purchased for my other 2 grandchildren.My daughter loves it and the fact it has a diaper stacker at the end also she said is a plus. However everything doesn't fit into the bag when you pack it up! It means bringing it places you have to carry multiple pieces. This kind of defeats the purpose.
